We're an online shop that uses the E-Commerce platform Shopify to sell physical products to people all over the world. 

If the product arrives defective, we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email(info@sunnydiy.com ) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, SunnyDiy is not responsible for replacing these items.
